It is a great pleasure for us to welcome you to the 2023 International Symposium on Electronics, Communications and Control Engineering (SECCE 2023). It is an extraordinary occasion for our participants and scholars. SECCE 2023 will be held during August 11-13, 2023.
SECCE 2023 aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results in the field of electronics, communications and control engineering.
The multidisciplinary scientific process has improved a lot nowadays. Those various descriptions which used multidisciplinary methods to promote the discovering of electronics, communications and control engineering showed well the importance of collaborations among different fields, research teams. With the above theme, SECCE 2023 aspires to keep up with advances and changes to a consistently morphing field. Leading researchers and industry experts from around the globe will be presenting the latest studies on this conference.
We hope that you will have a productive and fun‐filled time at this conference.
SECCE is organized by The International Association of Electrical, Electronic and Energy Engineering (IAEEEE).

Only original papers will be considered. the manuscripts must not be previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere. Must not be under review by any other conference or publication during the review cycle.
Authors are encouraged to check the similarity index of their paper before submission. Papers suspect of plagiarism, self-plagiarism, repeated publication etc. will be rejected without further consideration.
Dimensions for the conference poster are 1189 * 841 mm. Height is 1189 mm, width is 841mm.
Conference presented and registered full paper will be included in digital conference proceeding, and submitted to major citation databases like Ei Compendex, SCOPUS, Google Scholar etc. for reviewing and indexing.
Excellent papers can be recommended to submit to journals for publication after significant extension.
